Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling
Guidance and Psychological Counseling is a professional process that helps individuals understand themselves, solve their problems, make realistic decisions, develop healthy relationships, and ultimately achieve self-actualization. Our department aims to contribute to the mental well-being of future generations by training psychological counselors who are contemporary, competent, committed to ethical principles, and open to continuous learning and professional development in the field of psychological counseling and guidance.
Our graduates can work as school counselors/psychological counselors in schools and institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. In addition, they may also be employed as psychological counselors or pedagogues in various public institutions and organizations, such as the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
